Materials CANNOT be sold, repackaged for resale, copied, forwarded or provided to any other party OR used for any other purpose.  Visioning In Action retains all copyrights and copyright information must appear on all items as per the original purchased copies.  These user rights remain with the purchasing organization or business owner/private consultant.  A copy of these Terms of Use and a User Rights code will be issued to you with the product.  Due to the nature of electronic file transfers, Visioning In Action is not responsible for any issues, such as formatting inconsistencies or other issues beyond our control that may occur. Visioning In Action will make every reasonable effort to ensure secure and successful file transfers.
