



90-Minute Foundations Session
We begin with a Foundations Session to establish your leaders’ coaching objectives, clarify priorities and develop an overall plan for our time together. To guide this discussion, we will send them a Coaching Toolkit ahead of time with exercises to complete.
Regular Coaching Sessions
We follow up with regular coaching sessions, usually two or three times a month. Depending on what your leaders’ want to focus on, we will complete a variety of exercises to:
- Articulate a clear vision of what it will look like and feel like when they are a successful leader in action
- Align their short and long-term goals with your organization’s goals
- Identify their strengths and working style preferences
- Develop an awareness of how their behaviour impacts others
- Learn how to draw out the best in their team
- Create a “Successful Leader In Motion Plan”
- Build specific skills, such as presentation skills, interpersonal communications or decision-making skills
- Instill simple strategies to move through roadblocks
- Stay on track as they progress, grow and attain their goals
Our discussions will be in-depth, focused, thought provoking and oriented to positive action. Our final session will focus on reviewing progress, wrapping up any loose ends and planning next steps.
Light Email Support
When needed, we will also touch base in between sessions with short emails to celebrate successes or address the unexpected.
